Liver cleansing and why is it so important for healthier life

RSS

The liver is an organ that weighs about 1.6 kilograms, it's located on the right side of the body and has over 500 different roles in the body and the main role in cleansing and expelling toxins.

Here's where the problem is. When someone starts to develop a fatty structure, the symptoms do not appear at all. It very rarely happens that there are visible symptoms, they appear mostly when it is already very greasy. Then you feel fatigue, feel sick, abdominal pain, pain in the right shoulder, headache on the right side and some other symptoms. Fatty liver after a long period, more precisely after a year, leads to cirrhosis.

Then, due to the damage to the tissue that accumulates in the liver, the liver becomes incapable of fulfilling its functions, especially the function of expelling toxins. Then, toxins accumulate in the body and, in addition, the hormone cortisol (stress hormone), because liver is regulating the excess of cortisol. Estrogen also accumulates, which then leads to the appearance of women's breasts in men, while it can cause breast cancer in women.

Another problem with damaged liver is insufficient secretion of bile, which leads to poorer absorption of fats, omega acids, and fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E, K. Since the vast majority of toxins are fat-soluble, it is even more difficult to expel toxins.

This is why people who have had gallbladder surgery have problems with fat.

The liver can be damaged in two ways:

  1. With alcohol
  2. Poor nutrition, fast food and consuming a lot of fructose.

Fructose, unlike glucose, must first be processed in the liver and only then is it ready to be delivered to the cells. Fructose has a 20 times higher tendency than other sugars to cause liver damage.

Statistics show that 25% of the population has a liver problem just because of poor nutrition. Skinny people are often considered to be healthy, but the truth is that they actually accumulate toxins more in the liver, and because of that metabolic detoxification for skinny people is just as important as for people with higher weight.

Methionine (an essential amino acid) and choline (vitamin B7) are most important for liver health

Usually when people want to cleanse the liver, they start using green smoothies and avoid meat and alcohol, which helps to a significant extent.

Foods that are rich in choline are: egg yolks, veal liver and vegetables from the cabbage family. On the other hand, methionine is found in: veal, chicken, fish and eggs.

The main solution is to get rid of toxins, which is the main function of the liver. As the liver gets rid of toxins, so will fat, because it contains toxins. An excellent healthy diet + detoxification of metabolism has been shown results many years so far.
